The second book in the series Artemis Fowl, by Eoin Colfer, author of The Supernaturalist, The Wish List, Airman, and the Artemis Fowl series, is indeed one of my favorites. With Artemis Fowl, the criminal mastermind, aged thirteen, wanting to go on a rescue mission, and the LEP (Lower Elements Police) having trouble with a few of the Fairy People, the story gives twists and turns, while they all help each other in getting what they want, or need.
This book is amazingly written. Mr. Colfer has shown a great deal of skill in this novel, and I am sure it would satisfy anybody who laid their eyes on it. I completely encourage you to read it.
